SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

 

Thank you for shopping with Energetic Waistbeads. All beads are custom and handmade to order. Orders are typically made and shipped within 2-3 weeks after purchase. In most cases sooner, customs orders will take longer. During a sale it can take up to 5 additional days due to increased volume.

 

Once order is shipped, tracking information will be updated. Shipping is done via USPS and takes 2-3 days for US orders.

 

After discussing details of your set, full payment is due before starting

Please allow adequate processing time to receive USPS Tracking ID on your order.

 Kindly ensure the accuracy of your order as there are no refunds.

Since all beads are custom-made for you, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been submitted.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES__

If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.

 

Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address.

 

If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number will be uploaded which states that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will resend or refund is when tracking confirms that the package was lost DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.

 

In the rare case you receive an incorrect order, please ship us the incorrect order and we will ship the correct products. If you are missing item(s) please contact me and item will be shipped. 

 

All Energetic Waistbeads are custom-made to size and are personal in nature; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed.  However, we will work with you to provide size adjustments as necessary.
